Restorative Flow with Extended Pranayama

We'll begin class with a slow moving, predominantly restorative, asana practice to help prepare the body for comfort and stillness as we progress into a variety of seated and reclined pranayama practices. This class is intended to enhanced one's breath capacity and promote a meditative state. The practice ends with Yoga Nidra and a brief meditation.
